Andersen-Andersen offers a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order, provided the items remain in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Send an email to our customer service team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Purchase a shipping label from your preferred courier and send the package to our warehouse in Denmark; we recommend using a tracked service.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
